    We are recruiting for a talented Commercial Litigation Associate on behalf of our client, a small boutique law firm known for its personalized approach and successful track record in commercial litigation.     Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis across diverse cases.
    • Draft compelling legal documents, from pleadings to briefs.
    • Assist in trial preparation and actively participate in court proceedings.
    • Engage with clients, gather crucial information, and strategize cases alongside senior attorneys.
    • Review contracts, agreements, and legal documents with precision.
    • Maintain meticulous and organized case files.

    Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years in Litigation Associate or similar roles.
    • Expertise in legal principles, procedures, and research tools like Westlaw.
    • Strong writing skills for clear and impactful legal documents.
    • Proven experience in negotiations and courtroom litigation.
    • Familiarity with case and document management software.

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
    • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
    • Sharp analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
