    A dynamic and rapidly growing law firm seeks a highly motivated and passionate Litigation Attorney to join their team. The practice area of the firm includes Motorcycle Vehicle Accidents, Bicycle Pedestrian Accidents, Premises Liability, Bad Faith Insurance Law, Wrongful Death, Truck Accident.

    Job Type: Full Time

    Work location: Deerfield Beach, FL- 33441

    Roles and Responsibilities

    · Represents clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and appeals.

    · Present compelling arguments and arguments and evidence in court

    · Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate.

    · Provide exceptional client service by keeping clients informed about case progress.

    · Address clients concerns and questions promptly and professionally

    · Stay connected with personal injury cases and related regulations. Research and analyze legal issues relevant to cases

    · Collaborate with legal assistants, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

    Qualifications:

    · Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school

    · Active license to practice law in Florida

    · 5+ years of experience as an Attorney, with strong focus on personal injury cases

    · Proven track record of successful personal injury case outcomes

    · Proficiency in legal research and case management software (Smart Advocate case management soft ware a plus)

    · Exceptional negotiation and communication skills

    · Strong organizational and time management abilities

    · Demonstrated ability to work independently as a part of a team
