    Description

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases and issues

    Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs

    Assist with trial preparation and participate in court proceedings

    Conduct client interviews and gather relevant information

    Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies

    Review and analyze legal documents, contracts, and agreements

    Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation

    Experience:

    Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Litigation Associate or similar role

    Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and practices

    Proficient in conducting legal research using Westlaw

    Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents

    Experience in negotiating settlements and litigating cases in court

    Familiarity with case management software and document management systems

    Qualifications:

    Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

    Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

    Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
