    FLB Next Recruit Group client is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their reputable law firm in Florida. This role involves working in a team that excels in handling complex litigation cases across various sectors. Join a group passionate about delivering top-notch legal services in Trust and Estate, Real Estate, Corporate, and 1st Amendment litigation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage a diverse range of complex litigation cases.
    • Conduct thorough research and create precise legal documents.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure exceptional client service.
    • Participate in all stages of Federal Court litigation, including trials and appeals.
    • Utilize E-Discovery tools like Opus2 and Relativity for efficient data management.

    Requirements:

    • Must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
    • 5-6 years of litigation experience, especially in Federal Court.
    • Admission to practice law in Florida and the Southern District of Florida.
    • Outstanding academic background with strong research and writing abilities.
    • Devotion to client service and proficiency in fast-paced environments.
    • Preferred familiarity with E-Discovery and review platforms such as Opus2 and Relativity.
    • Candidates need to be admitted to practice law in Florida and the Southern District of Florida.
