**Description**
**Job Summary**
Ensure appropriate documents are filed and scanned in the project file, releasing approved documents for each order and quote. Collect, maintain and provide customer satisfaction feedback in a database, providing reports to the divisions.
**Essential Functions and Responsibilities** include the following:
Maintain a strong relationship and open line of communication with customers.
Serve as the customers primary point of contact for spare parts, kits, repairs, product returns, and post-delivery services.
In response to customer purchase inquiries, research product configuration variables and requirements, explain the proposed solution to the customer as needed, determine product pricing, and generate the quotation. Requires ability to interpret technical and financial data.
Convert quotes to customer orders, track the orders to completion and shipping, and generate invoices.
Exercise discretion and diligence for financial obligations related to generating quotations, customer orders, and cooperating with Accounting for resolution of invoice issues.
Process warranty claims or AOG orders with the required sense of urgency and in line with companys written work instructions.
Coordinate logistics in collaboration with operations and supply chain to resolve issues and ensure optimal product or service delivery to customers.
Track customer orders to completion, maintain status reports, and present status to customers and management.
Collect and maintain database of customer satisfaction feedback; develop and report to rest of division customer satisfaction information.
Other Duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

**Education & Experience**
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and five or more years Customer Support experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelors degree (BS/BA) in related technical or business discipline from four-year college or university preferred
Previous experience in the aerospace/aviation/helicopter industry, with consideration given for Defense Contracting experience in aviation or aerospace.
Previous experience in aircraft modifications, MRO, aerial operations and/or product manufacturing, with a demonstrated technical understanding of key product features and overall segment dynamics.
