- Attending a mandatory orientation before the program begins
- Meeting with the director on a daily basis for important information, direction, and feedback
- Supervising the students throughout the program (in the classroom, during snack, on playgrounds, etc.)
- Assisting the lead instructor with organizing and cleaning up materials for class activities
- Assisting the Program Director with administrative tasks like copying, taking attendance, and keeping track of materials/supplies
- Chaperoning field trips and/or campus activities
- Helping teachers provide material for the weekly newsletter
- Assisting the director and teachers with pick-up and drop-off time
- Interacting with parents
- Making students feel respected, comfortable, and cared for the duration of their participation in the program
- Enjoy interacting with children
- Participate in all activities
- Use good judgment and act responsibly
- Be present and arrive on time to all meetings and activities
- Use electronic devices ONLY during breaks (cell phone and iPod usage when counselors are with the students is strictly prohibited and cause for dismissal)

D-E is currently looking to fill a Clubhouse Coach position for their DE360 Aftercare and Enrichment (ACE) program.
The AfterCare Program is an afterschool program that guides students through a variety of activities that focus upon building individual initiative and group participation. Each term, new themes lead children to discover and explore basic ideas in science, math, language arts, geography, and other academic areas. Hours: 2:30 pm – 6:15 pm, Monday – Friday when school is in session.
