The Denver Athletic Club is looking for a full-time Guest Services Manager to join the team

WHAT is the job:

Guest Services Manager You'll supervise the entire guest services team, ensure member needs are met and address their complaints, assist in the development of the annual budget and monitor budget operations, develop and implement strategies to guarantee the growth and visibility of the club, train guest service team members, manage the club's reciprocal membership program, ensure the 5-star service guests and members of the club have come to expect, and other duties assigned by the Clubhouse Director.

WHERE is the job: 1325 Glenarm Place in downtown Denver.

The Denver Athletic Club is across the street from the Colorado Convention Center, 2 blocks from the 16th Street Mall and a 3-minute walk from Civic Center Park.

WHEN you would work:
This is an exempt, salaried position.

You could be expected to work normal business hours, in addition to covering shifts at the front desk as needed.

The club is open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.

WHO we are looking for:

The ideal candidate must have at least one year of management experience with a proven ability to lead, coach and inspire staff.

They should be a sold strategic thinker with complex, problem-solving ability. The manager must be dependable, people-oriented, flexible, and detail-oriented. Prior experience in a hospitality industry is required. Prior experience working in a private club is not required but is ideal for this role.
