- Contribute to the development of industry-specific positions and strategies that can be leveraged across client portfolios, staying ahead of industry trends and developments.
- Collaborate with leadership to support the implementation of department initiatives, providing analysis, project management, and research support as needed.
- Passion for Progress: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your enthusiasm for real estate and property tax rules is infectious
- Expertise in Action: Valuation experience with real estate and a solid understanding of County Assessment & Property Tax Rules. Bonus points for familiarity with ITAM, OneSource, Siger, or database management.
