Overview

Pay: $25-35/ hourly

The salary range indicated is what we're looking to offer hourly for this role. The final amount will depend on your background, skills, location, and market standards.

Responsibilities

Handle client's Risk Management, Insurance, and Property Tax programs, managing various documentation such as insurance policies and invoices.
Support insurance renewal, audit processes, budgeting, and expense reconciliation.
Administer tenant and vendor insurance compliance, prepare reports, and assist with flood insurance applications.
Coordinate surety bond requests, property insurance claims, and maintain payment logs.
Manage stock of safety signs, review risk engineering reports, and assist with insurance coverage inquiries.
Prepare contracts, purchase orders, and agreements supporting emergency services and projects.
Monitor property tax appeals, compliance, and documentation submissions.
Provide general administrative assistance and support as needed.

Requirements

Represent the company professionally and courteously at all times.
Demonstrate strong communication skills and engage effectively with all stakeholders.
Possess excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
Be self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work both independently and in teams.
Apply critical thinking to enhance processes and efficiencies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with real estate and insurance terms.
Prior experience in property management, insurance, property tax, or accounting is preferred.
A four-year degree is a plus.
