Our company, based in Royal Kunia, HI, is seeking to expand our Asset Management team at our international residential investment and asset management headquarters in Berlin.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing asset management in Germany and ensuring the achievement of our goals
Collaborating with other department heads in our company, providing guidance for technical property management, maintenance, new construction, and modernization
Managing acquisition processes from an asset management perspective and conducting commercial due diligence
Developing and implementing asset management strategies with the Regional Manager, Head of Letting, and Head of Technical Property Manager
Monitoring and analyzing the regional and competitive market
Conducting market, location, and competition analysis, as well as assessing rental prices in relevant regions

Qualifications:

Completed degree in economics or real estate studies, or a comparable real estate qualification/specialization
Extensive experience in Residential Asset Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team
Fluency in both spoken and written German and English
