Your responsibilities:

Efficient organization and management of concierge and reception services at assigned properties in Berlin
Supervision and leadership of assigned employees
Conducting trainings for employees
Close collaboration with the HR department
Conducting performance reviews and development discussions
First point of contact for highprofile clients and partners
Collaboration and communication with external service providers
Handling complaints in collaboration with the team leader

Your profile:

Several years of experience in a serviceoriented industry, such as hospitality, flight attendant, customer service, etc.
Excellent manners, confident demeanor, and wellgroomed appearance
Strong communication and teamwork skills, positive attitude
Passion for excellent service
High sense of responsibility and organizational skills
Excellent German and English skills
