At our company in Hope, ID, we are looking for a Team Lead who not only manages and controls our clients' advertising budgets, but also takes care of our team members and their development.

Our goal is to achieve the best possible visibility within a given budget and continuously improve our team.

Responsibilities:

Leading the team, including evaluating and promoting team members
Coordinating and organizing workflows
Continuously optimizing processes
Developing SEA strategies with our account managers and managing and expanding advertising potential on Amazon
Keyword research and on and offpage analysis and optimization
Maximizing campaign potential
Creating analyses and deriving measures for campaign development using analysis tools
Building reports to document results for clients
Managing the Amazon Seller Central
Optimizing PPC prices according to predetermined strategies

Qualifications:

Completed commercial training/degree and preferably some leadership experience
Independent and solutionoriented work style combined with a strong sense of responsibility
Strong social and decisionmaking skills
Good time management
High attention to detail
Flexibility
Team and communication skills
Analytical understanding and affinity for numbers
Structured written and verbal communication
Proactive attitude
Excellent German language skills
