'We are seeking a motivated and driven Senior Product Owner (M/F/d) for our team in Rockdale, IL. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow and scale our ERP-Platform to the next level and have a direct impact on our success.

Team and Product:

Our ERP Team plays a crucial role in our Finance Domain.

As the Product Owner, you will lead our ERP suite with the support of a strong team of Consultants and Technical Consultants.

In addition to the core Oracle Cloud ERP modules, the ERP Team also manages third party solutions.

As the Product Owner for the ERP Team, you will be responsible for building a growing global ERP platform.

This includes working closely with stakeholders from both the business and tech sides, shaping the product vision and strategy, and ensuring continuous evolution, scalability, and operation of our ERP products.

Your Tasks - Paint the world green:

Lead the ERP product vision and strategy
Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze and prioritize business requirements
Transform ideas and requests into a structured, agile development agenda
Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog in line with the strategic vision
Work with your team to design, implement, measure, and optimize modules and services
Coordinate the daytoday work of your tech team, translating business requirements into user stories and managing team capacity
Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and align the roadmap with the product backlog and vice versa
Collaborate closely with other Product Owners
