YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND TASKS:

  • You are daily involved in telephone communication. You always have an open ear for all customer concerns and support them with your expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • You prioritize, record, and process customer inquiries via telephone and email.
  • You answer questions about transactions, including payment tracking, and coordinate the next steps with colleagues in the back office.
  • You support in identifying our customers according to the GWG.

Qualifications:

  • You have already gained experience in customer service.
  • You enjoy telephone communication and interacting with customers.
  • You are a team player and enjoy working in a solution and serviceoriented manner for and with customers.
  • You work independently, structured, and with attention to detail.
  • You enjoy taking on responsibility and can prioritize effectively.
