    Responsibilities:

    >Provide exceptional ADL care, nutrition support, and vital signs monitoring.
    >Advocate for residents' rights and well-being.
    >Support medication administration and accurate documentation.
    >Maintain resident health awareness and report any changes promptly.
    >Deliver personalized care and document as required.
    >Engage in department meetings and educational programs.
    >Ensure resident safety and use appropriate intervention techniques.
    >Respect residents' emotional, social, and cultural needs.
    >Adapt care strategies to individual strengths.
    >Perform assigned nursing procedures and conserve equipment.
    >Promptly respond to residents' needs and assist with activities.
    >Foster communication, teamwork, and good relationships.
    >Uphold attendance and safety policies.
    >Convey information clearly and diplomatically.
    >Participate actively in meetings and training.
