    Job Description:

    Metas Solutions has an "immediate opening" for an experienced Project Management Office Analyst. To provide strategic planning support and research data analysis expertise for a Strategic planning support initiative. The analyst will be vital in supporting ongoing strategic planning activities, conducting research, and analyzing current processes, services, customers, communication, etc.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the team with coordinated strategic planning activities.
    • Support the Strategic Planning Lead in implementing a framework for evaluating current strategic activities and documenting gaps and recommendations for a future state.
    • Document a SWOT Analysis for the Branch.
    • Maintain a stakeholder matrix and ensure the right participants are included in each meeting.
    • Requests guidance related to approach and methodology from the Strategic Planning Lead.
    • Maintain the Strategic Planning Tracker and update guidance documents and resources as needed.
    • Work closely with other team members to support data management, analysis, reporting, and planning needs.

    Job Requirements:

    • Knowledge of and experience with strategic planning, project management,
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills with demonstrated problem-solving initiative.
    • Knowledge of ITIL Implementation.
    • Attention to detail, excellent verbal communication, writing, and editing skills.
