- Identify and define business needs and areas for enhancement.
- Conduct thorough investigations to outline efficient business processes.
- Collect and assess requirements through interviews, surveys, and on-site assessments.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather comprehensive insights.
- Document business procedures and refinements utilizing established methods like use cases and flow charts.
- Conduct audits and evaluations of PMO tasks to ensure adherence to quality protocols.
- Prepare quality documentation and conduct data analysis for the PMO's quality framework.
- Efficiently manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Support the Director of Quality in conveying project expectations and progress to stakeholders.
- Participate in post-implementation discussions and strategic scheming.
- Define acceptance criteria, detect deficiencies, and suggest remedial measures.
- Requirements:
- Healthcare background with a minimum of 5 years in public health quality, compliance, and/or process enhancement. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong organizational and critical thinking capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in creating and delivering presentations.
- Skilled in research, data gathering, and analysis.
- Experience in a matrixed quality system; Prior Quality/Audit involvement is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and Project.
- Familiarity with project management principles.
- Ability to lead and facilitate discussions and team activities.
