- Training Implementation and Evaluation: Manage the full lifecycle of training projects from planning through evaluation, applying adult learning principles to ensure the content is engaging and educational outcomes are met.
- Expert Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts to refine and optimize content, ensuring scientific accuracy and relevance.
- Content Dissemination: Develop and support the deployment of training materials across various digital platforms such as interactive modules, podcasts, and videos, ensuring broad reach and accessibility.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous reviews of all educational content to ensure compliance with plain language guidelines, health literacy principles, and Section 508 accessibility standards.
- Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to assess the impact of communication strategies and training programs, providing insights that guide continuous improvement and strategic alignment with public health goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between the instructional design team, health communication specialists, and external partners to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and feedback integration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Communications, Education, or related field. Advanced degree in a relevant discipline or certification in instructional design preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a business analysis role, with significant exposure to health communications and instructional design.
- Skills:
