    Safety and Member Training Program Manager

    We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager to lead our Safety and Business Specialty Programs, collaborating closely with members and association staff across all levels.

    In this role, you will work with the Director of Member Training and Broker Services to craft and implement strategies that engage, connect, and educate our members. The primary focus will be managing the Safety Program, while also serving as the Staff Executive for several national education initiatives. Strengthening relationships within the community, including members, association staff, and various stakeholders, is a key aspect of this position.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Content and Strategy Development: Research and recommend strategies to enhance member engagement in the Safety Program.
    • Committee Leadership: Act as the Staff Executive for the Safety Advisory Committee.
    • Marketing Coordination: Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute program marketing campaigns.
    • Grant Management: Administer the Safety Grant program.
    • Committee Support: Serve as Staff Executive for the Professional Development and Resort & Second Home Committees.
    • Accreditation Oversight: Manage accreditation processes for the Graduate Institute.
    • Designation Programs: Maintain and oversee appraiser designation programs.
    • Collaboration: Work with state and local associations, partners, and industry groups to implement and adopt programs.
    • Goal Setting and Metrics: Define and manage program goals and success metrics.
    • Trade Show Coordination: Organize trade show participation for programs.
    • Budget Management: Collaborate with the Director to manage and track budgets for program expenses and revenue.
    • Additional Duties: Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
    Qualifications
    • Experience: At least 5 years of project management experience.
    • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the real estate industry and association management is a plus.
    • Safety Expertise: Knowledge of safety best practices, trends, and technologies relevant to real estate communities.
    • Professionalism: Ability to maintain professionalism and poise in interactions with committee leaders, members, and all levels of the association.
    • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
    • Team Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
    • Marketing Skills: Understanding of marketing campaigns, content, and messaging.
    • Technical Proficiency: High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
    • Travel: Ability to travel up to 30%.
