Description
Key Responsibilities:
As an Organ Health Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, responsible for exceeding performance goals and establishing client relationships in the transplant market
Your duties will include:
Demonstrating a proven track record of closing sales, fostering client relationships, and driving sustainable growth.
Leveraging your expertise to successfully launch products in the transplant market, contributing to brand development and market expansion.
Becoming a local expert on organizational technology and services, representing our company at the highest levels.
Developing and executing local business plans tailored to meet sales objectives and optimize available resources.
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educational background.
A minimum of 6 years of progressive sales experience, ideally within the diagnostic or lab-developed tests industry.
Knowledge of academic medical systems related to transplant, or specialty medicine
Established relationships with KOLs in transplant, or specialty medicine
Background in medicine, biological sciences, or genetics is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams to define and implement strategic plans.
Comfortable thriving in a startup environment, demonstrating initiative, self-motivation, and time management skills.
A driven professional with a competitive mindset and a commitment to achieving and exceeding results.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a creative and independent approach to overcoming challenges.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Compensation
Base - $115k - $135k
Target Commission $65k uncapped.
Total $180k - $200k uncapped.
