With headquarters in New York and a European branch in Germany (Ratingen), we develop and distribute trend-oriented collections for numerous well-known customers worldwide.


With over 3,000 employees worldwide and our own certified factories, we produce sustainable products in the areas of private label and licensing.

Due to our strong expansion, we are looking for reinforcements for our dynamic team, preferably immediately.


Your responsibilities:


  • Sales analysis and disposition
  • Organization of product distribution to regional warehouses / individual stores
  • Handling of complaints
  • Order processing, delivery notes, invoice creation and verification
  • Inventory management
- and maintenance of master data

  • Preparation of packing lists, label creation, and transport management
  • Monitoring of delivery dates
  • Preparation of inventory lists
  • Maintenance of stock lists

Our requirements:


Your profile

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, degree or comparable qualifications and ideally have experience in this field
  • You are very proficient in using Microsoft Office programs
  • You have excellent communication skills, quick comprehension, and a confident demeanor
  • You convince with your conscientious and responsible work
  • Good English skills
  • You are reliable and teamoriented
  • You have a structured and independent way of working
  • You have a motivated and openminded personality
