HR/Administration team member to join our team in Florence, MS immediately:

a HR specialist (m/f/d)

  • Preparation of employment contracts, certificates, and references
  • Conducting payroll and salary accounting
  • Time management
  • Reporting and certification
  • Processing of contracts
  • Other administrative tasks
  • Support of company pension schemes

Your profile:
What inspires us about you

  • Completed commercial training, ideally as a personnel specialist, payroll accountant, or tax specialist
  • Relevant professional experience in the described areas of responsibility
  • Excellent knowledge of income tax, social security, and labor law
  • Proficient in MS Office products
  • Independent, teamoriented, committed, and flexible
  • Reliability and discretion
  • Desirable: Knowledge of Datev
