Financial & Investor Relations Officer (m/f/d) at
EWE Aktiengesellschaft, located in
Oldenburg.


Your new challenge:


  • External financing of EWE through the capital market or banks is a key focus of your responsibilities. You will coordinate the process from pitching to negotiation and documentation, all the way to the transaction.
  • You will also be responsible for the annual evaluation process by external credit rating agencies, as well as continuously assessing potential impacts of ratingrelevant matters.
  • You will accompany EWE on its path to sustainability and be responsible for the Green Finance Committee, as well as the interface between the capital market, rating agencies, and internal process owners.
  • You will support or coordinate various topics with a financing focus, such as M&A projects, external market events, or negotiations, and assess their impact on the financing situation of the EWE Group.
  • You will develop ideas and concepts for efficient financing of the EWE Group, taking into account the respective situation and requirements.
  • The financial industry and EWE are constantly changing, and you will anticipate their significance for EWE's financing and derive appropriate measures.
