    Responsibilities


    Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination.
    • Provide exceptional front-desk service, including handling phone calls and welcoming patients.
    • Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative duties using electronic health record systems, with a preference for those experienced in Epic.
    • Support patient inquiries with informed responses using basic medical terminology.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in medical reception, appointment scheduling, and health record management.
    • Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health record systems, especially Epic.
    • strong communication and organizational skills.
    • A patient-centric approach and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
