- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
- Collaborate with operational leaders in the development of an empowered and accountable culture with shared priorities for a positive work environment.
- Develop performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
- Work with business leaders and finance partners on annual workforce planning, including forecasting and developing plans for key staffing.
- Manage the talent acquisition process, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Create a compensation strategy for employees based on market research.
- Maintain HR systems and processes.
- Conduct performance and salary reviews.
- Investigate employee issues/conflicts and bring them to resolution.
- Design and implement employee retention strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- Accomplished Human Resources professional with 5-7 years of progressive experience in human resources or related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge in the areas of organizational design, staffing, learning and development, and employment law matters.
- Experience architecting and ownership of HRIS platforms.
- Excellent active listening and presentation skills
- Effective verbal and communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
