    Job Title: Level 2 IT Field Technician
    Location: Orlando, FL
    Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 annually DOE
    Position Type: Full-time / Monday - Friday / 8am - 5pm

    Position Overview:
    As a Level 2 IT Field Technician, you will play a key role in providing on-site technical support and solutions to our clients. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and software issues, implementing network solutions, and collaborating with other IT professionals to ensure the seamless operation of our clients' IT environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    On-site Technical Support:
    Provide on-site support to clients for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
    Diagnose and troubleshoot Level 2 technical problems, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

    Hardware and Software Maintenance:
    Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and peripheral devices.
    Upgrade and replace hardware and software components as needed.

    Network Support:
    Assist in the design and implementation of network solutions.
    Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.

    Customer Communication:
    Communicate effectively with clients to understand and document their technical issues.
    Provide clear and concise instructions to clients on issue resolution and preventive measures.

    Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of on-site visits, technical issues, and solutions.
    Contribute to the development and updating of technical documentation.

    Collaboration:
    Work closely with Level 1 and Level 3 support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
    Collaborate with project teams on the implementation of IT infrastructure projects.

    Qualifications:
    Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field.
    Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level 2 technical support role.
    Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
    Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
    Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
    Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    Certifications:
    CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications preferred.
    Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent certifications a plus.

    Required Skills:
    Server: New setups, Migrations, Maintenance
    Office 365: Administration (Security, Exchange, Azure AD, Intune), Migrations (From Exchange On-Prem, Gmail, or Other Office 365 Tenants)
    Escalations: Level 2/3 helpdesk escalations (Network, Server, Higher Level Helpdesk Issues)

    Preferred Skills:
    Server: RDS Farm Setups, Azure Server Setups
    Networking: Router and Switch Setups, Troubleshooting network slowness/issues
    Security: Well-rounded understanding of security, best practices, and zero trust setups

    Personality Skills:
    Works well with others.
    Helpful to lower level techs.
    Able to build rapport and work with difficult clients, help maintain the relationships with clients.
    Wants to learn and grow.
    Able to gain certifications.
    Able to stay focused.
    Able to point out issues in an environment.
