    Description
    Do you have a passion for providing excellent customer service? And are you fluent in Spanish? If so, this opportunity might be perfect for you We are hiring a hybrid 2nd shift Customer Service Associate. This is a contract to hire position with a large American logistics company. The ideal candidate will have Spanish fluency, customer service experience, and be a great communicator. Must be able to work the following shift: Monday - Friday | 2 PM - 10:30 PM

    salary: $23 - $25 per hour
    shift: Second
    work hours: 2 PM - 10:30 PM
    education: High School

    Responsibilities

    We are hiring a Customer Service Associate who is fluent in Spanish.

    Responsibilities could include:
    • Work closely with common carriers to ensure on-time deliveries by checking shipment status daily and maintaining transportation relationships.
    • Communicate with associates from other shifts
    • Complete daily logs and checklists
    • Work with customers to resolve any transportation issues

      The essential functions of this role include:
