What are your responsibilities?

  • Management of information technology and computer systems
  • Setup, installation, and configuration of standard software
  • Planning and implementation of new software and IT solutions in the company
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of errors
  • Control and evaluation of IT and electronic data operations
  • Design, development, implementation, and coordination of systems, policies, and procedures
  • Ensuring data security, network access, and backup systems
  • Training, management, and implementation of relevant CRM systems, software, and more
  • Point of contact for IT issues, various software, and more
  • Conceptualization and implementation of processes in collaboration with management
  • Continuous expansion of internal knowledge databases and user documentation
