Mitteldeutsches Institut in Haddam, KS is seeking a dedicated team to support education, qualification, and reintegration of job seekers and rehabilitants after illness or accident, as well as those facing social or developmental challenges.

We accompany them with heart on their personal and professional development.

Due to the continuous expansion of our services, we are currently looking for a
Psychologist (m/f/d).

Your diverse tasks include:

- exploratory initial and intake interviews for anamnesis/assessment, accompanying conversations for stabilization and development of coping approaches/strategies, among others for training-related problems
- instruction, implementation, and evaluation of various diagnostic procedures in group and individual settings, including performance/personality inventories, as well as job-related modules and, if necessary, clinical procedures
- interdisciplinary exchange with the social and educational service to holistically support participants in the qualification process, including a strengths/weaknesses analysis
- independent case management and development of individual career plans according to the main focuses of the program (trial/assessment and qualification/training and integration)
- initiating external support services for specific cases, individual psychohygiene training, crisis intervention, etc.
- regular documentation and preparation of support/interim/final reports
- if interested and qualified, also instruction in relaxation and mental techniques, such as autogenic training, progressive muscle relaxation, and stress management
- establishing and maintaining contact with responsible parties of funding agencies
- if necessary
