    Exciting Opportunity with Northern Light Medical Management!



    The IT Department at Northern Light Medical Management is looking for a dedicated Desktop & Network Support Engineer with experience in hospital-based radiology platforms. Join our successful and expanding team focused on operational excellence and collaboration.


    Qualifications:

    • Must have a Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support
    • Preferably hold certifications in A+, Security+, Network+, and/or Microsoft
    • Experience with Manage Engine Service Desk Plus and Endpoint Central is a plus
    • Familiarity with PACS, Voice Recognition, and Artificial Intelligence tools
    • Strong ability in configuring, deploying, and supporting routers, firewalls, and switches
    • Skilled in troubleshooting and engineering networks
    • Ability to resolve a wide range of desktop, mobile, and peripheral issues
    • Experience with MS OS platforms, MS 365 Web Apps, and Admin Centers
    • Proficiency in MS Azure Admin Tools

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Primary contact for IT support for all end users and locations
    • Create new user accounts with necessary network and application access
    • Configure and deliver computer equipment to new hires promptly
    • Respond to IT requests promptly and professionally
    • Implement fixes and solutions based on established standards and SLAs
    • Document work and escalate issues as required
    • Availability for on-call evenings and weekends

    This full-time position is based in our Miami, Florida office with a Monday - Friday workweek from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Competitive compensation based on experience.
