We are looking for a dynamic addition to our Construction Team at our stylish Corporate Office in Munich.

You will never be bored with us, because you will:

Be responsible for project management and project control of hotel construction projects and workspaces, including FF&E, both domestically and internationally
Represent the client's side to investors and subcontractors
Ensure the economic, efficient, and timely planning, control, and execution of construction projects both domestically and internationally
Manage construction projects, including contract management, scheduling, and budgeting according to DIN 27
Collaborate with external specialists to develop approvalrelated foundations both domestically and internationally and attend meetings with authorities
Coordinate tenders, obtain company offers, make award proposals, and conduct
