What you bring:


  • You have a commercial education or have successfully completed your studies with a focus on human resources
  • You are proficient in all aspects of recruiting, including social media, and have already proven this successfully in a company
  • Working independently based on a recruiting strategy is second nature to you
  • You have the ambition to leave your mark on the team's recruiting success
  • Structured work style, high service orientation, creativity, professionalism, and persistence in information gathering
  • High selfmotivation and low frustration level
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and empathy for different types of people
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Willingness to travel

Responsibilities:


  • You act as the contact person for all recruiting topics, from job postings to targeted sourcing strategies for the branches in your region
