For a client in
Weiden, we are currently seeking a
Scrum Master (m/f/d).


Responsibilities:


  • Guiding, coaching, and developing team members with an agile mindset using agile tools and techniques
  • Coordinating and supporting the development team in adapting and optimizing existing processes
  • Expanding new methods in an agile environment and further developing established practices
  • Analyzing and optimizing applied processes and methods (agile & traditional)
  • Leading and moderating team meetings and "lessons learned"

Qualifications:


  • Completed degree in (business) psychology, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable education
  • Experience in agile methods and practices (e.g. Scrum or Kanban)
  • Enjoyment in coaching and developing your colleagues
  • Openmindedness and a good level of communication and diplomacy
  • Independent, pragmatic, and structured way of working
  • Optional: Certified Scrum Master
  • Optional: Experience with scaled agile methodologies
