This training is not conducted by the Ford factories, but by our partner, Ford Insurance Brokerage GmbH (FVV).

Customer orientation at its best

Insurance and financial investment merchants work for insurance companies or financial service companies, such as an insurance broker or in a brokerage office. They can also work in industrial or commercial companies. The training period is 3 years.

What you will learn in the training:

  • Consulting and supporting customers
  • Analysis of individual customer needs
  • Submitting offers, concluding contracts
  • Examination and payment of claims and benefits
  • Accounting and controlling
  • Conducting risk management

What you bring:

High school diploma or technical college entrance qualification, good grades in English, German and mathematics, communication skills, service orientation and organizational talent, PC knowledge, openness to modern communication technology.

Further training opportunities:

If you have the appropriate qualifications and interest, you can be supported in a part-time study program (tandem study) to become a state-certified business economist with a focus on financial services or a dual business administration degree according to the Cologne model with a degree of "Bachelor of Science".
