The Team Leader (m/f/d) - Package Tools Support will support development and standardization projects with tool strategies and their implementation in the area of package tools such as COMOS and NX.

The focus is on supporting the development and standardization of products and solutions for both the compressor package and automation in the field of energy transition and decarbonization of the industry.


How You Can Make a Difference

  • Drive the development of package tools to support the product strategy for emerging markets in the field of energy transition and decarbonization, with a focus on efficiency improvement in engineering in the areas of: COMOS as an integrated tool for the EMSR and package area; NX solutions for package components; package design and calculation tools for various components, such as seal systems, ProPipe, etc.
  • Interact with various stakeholders to generate strategies for further development or improvement, e.g. engineering order processing, package architects, development, IT, digitalization working groups, software suppliers
  • Define and implement global functionspecific guidelines, processes, and methods to fulfill the overall strategy of the organizational unit
  • Support the Head of Engineering Global Competence Center in personnel, competency, and budget planning with the goals of ensuring a competent and capable global workforce to carry out tool development in a timely and highquality manner; planning and allocating resources and budgets for the corresponding projects; tracking goal achievement and budget compliance
  • Manage, lead, motivate, and develop employees in the assigned organizational
