The Green Spaces Department of the City of Dortmund is currently seeking a
Civil Engineer / Bachelor in Landscape Architecture/Landscape Management/Landscape Planning (m/f/d) for the team leadership position in the Green and Open Space Planning department.

In a society where environmental and leisure activities are becoming increasingly important, the Green Spaces Department plays a crucial role.

Maintaining, planning, and renewing infrastructure to meet future demands and integrate environmentally friendly solutions into the cityscape and improve leisure opportunities and quality of life is a key task of the department.

The specific responsibilities of the Green and Open Space Planning department include planning and managing construction projects for a variety of outdoor spaces in accordance with the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI).

This job offer is open to candidates with a completed degree in Civil Engineering (FH-Diplom or Bachelor) in the field of Landscape Architecture/Landscape Management/Landscape Planning or similar fields of study, as well as civil servants in the technical service of the 1st entry level of municipalities in North Rhine-Westphalia.

The position is classified in pay grade A13 LBesO or pay group 13 of the collective agreement for the public service (TVöD).
