My client is an award winning General Contractor, ranked one of the best places to work by the WBJ They are seeking a PM with experience managing projects over 5M-20M.
My client has been around for over 20 years and specializes in new construction and renovation projects between 500K-40M in Healthcare, Government, Higher Education, Commercial Office, and more.
My client is an award winning 20 year old General Contractor that has completed over $800M worth of projects and employee over 90 individuals.
They are providing 3 weeks PTO (negotiable), additional week of volunteer time, sick leave, 401K, bonuses, health insurance.Responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through close-out
Ensuring projects are on schedule, within budget, and according to specified standards of quality and performance
Candidate will independently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Candidates will help train and mentor Assistant Project Managers
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Must be able to manage projects between 5-20M+
Minimum of 5 years experience estimating for a Commercial General Contractor
Knowledge of Windows/Word/ and Excel is required
Experience with Design/Build or Design/Assist/Build projects is a plus
Must be able to commute into Baltimore office 5 days a week
Longevity- most senior leadership has been there for over 20 years
