    COMPUTER OPERATOR/HELP DESK AGENT I

    DeRoyal, delivering high quality medical products and innovative healthcare services, is actively searching for a Computer Operator/Help Desk Agent I to work with our team at our corporate office in Powell, TN. Working hours for this opportunity are M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The candidate must be able to have excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collectively with the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and excellent customer service to DeRoyal associates needing technical assistance.

    Some responsibilities include:

    Performs daily, nightly, monthly and year-end processing.

    Records customer and problem information into Kaseya Ticketing system. Updates tickets with appropriate entries and closes tickets with resolution after verifying with end user through verbal or email follow up.

    Sets up new accounts.

    Runs, prints and distributes reports.

    Setup up printers for JDE, Streamserv, Loftware.

    Travels to remote facilities as necessary.

    Help customers who are having operation problems and system malfunctions.

    Stay informed of all changes to the operating systems that affect customers.

    Relay requests for assistance that are outside the scope of the Help Desk to the appropriate group.

    Performs multiple tasks simultaneously and with ease.

    The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of an Associate's Degree (A.A.) or a minimum of one-year related experience and/or training. Must possess a professional customer-focused demeanor, as well as, an ability to work with others This position requires effective problem solving/troubleshooting skills, Help Desk experience, excellent verbal communication, phone skills, customer service, quality focus, and PC Proficiency.
