We are a property management office looking for an Accountant to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company. Responsibilities:

Prepare and examine accounting records, owner's statements, tenant ledgers, property-based financial statements, and other financial reports.
Reconcile multiple bank accounts.
Reconcile general ledger account balances.
Interface with Owners regarding accounting matters.
Assist in the development of the overall financial reporting for business operations and budgets of the Company.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Accounting degree or equivalent in business
Previous experience in accounting (3+ years) or other related fields
Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and Word
Detail and deadline-oriented.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and self-directed
Time management skills
Ability to multitask
