- Prepare and examine accounting records, owner's statements, tenant ledgers, property-based financial statements, and other financial reports
- Reconcile multiple bank accounts
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Reconcile general ledger account balances
- Report analysis and findings to the management team
- Interface with clients and vendors regarding accounting matters
- Develop and analyze financial reporting for business operations and budgets
- Perform audits, ensuring adherence to quality standard requirements
- Create new processes to improve financial effectiveness and efficiency
- Other duties as assigned
- 4 year Accounting degree
- Previous experience in accounting (5+ years) or other related fields
- Previous experience in the reconciliation of credit cards
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and Word
- Detail and deadline oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Time management skills
- Ability to multitask
