Description
We are currently seeking a communicative and organized Junior Clerk/Administrator in Human Resources for our partner at their location in Irwindale, CA.
Our partner is a large, well-known department store chain with over 240 established locations throughout Europe.This position is initially temporary from March 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023, with the possibility of extension.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing employment references on a daily basis
- Entering and maintaining data in the HR system
- Acting as a point of contact for branches regarding employment references
- Filing employment references in personnel files
- Supporting colleagues in daily tasks
Your qualifications:
- Good written and spoken German skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office
- Ideally, you have completed a degree or training with a focus on Human Resources, or have gained some experience in the field
- Interest in HR topics and enjoyment of administrative tasks
- Independent, organized, and responsible work style
