Specialist:


Accounting (m/f/d):

  • As a specialist in accounting in the Controlling & Finance department, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the accounting of the Kindernothilfe Foundation. This foundation was established in 1999 to exclusively and longterm support the work of Kindernothilfe. Through foundations, development projects are supported worldwide to help children in need.

Challenges:


  • Recording and booking of incoming funds and other information in the CRM system
  • Assisting with the processing of loans from our donors
  • Preparing annual financial statements (Kindernothilfe Foundation and trust foundations)
  • Creating donation receipts
  • Developing and updating process descriptions and optimizing processes
  • Further developing the BI tool and coordinating evaluations

Requirements:


  • Commercial training in the field of accounting, administration, or a comparable field
  • At least 13 years of professional experience
  • Indepth knowledge of CRM systems (ideally in Sextant)
  • Strong team player and social competence
  • High level of independence and a handson mentality
