We are currently looking for a:

Logistics/Customs Employee (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:
Coordination of customs clearance and preparation of customs documents (EU & third countries)

Internal contact person (m/f/d) for questions regarding customs law

Analysis and adjustment of internal customs and foreign trade procedures

Preparation of statistics for order intake (VDMA) and sales

Preparation and procurement of certificates of origin, supplier declarations, and proof of delivery

Preparation of customs documents according to current customs regulations and country-specific requirements

Close coordination with the shipping department, customer service, and sales

Commissioning of freight forwarders and preparation of delivery documents and invoices

Internal monthly billing, document filing, communication with international customers


Your profile:
Completed commercial or logistics training or equivalent in the transport/freight forwarding sector

Several years of professional experience in international customs clearance

Proficient in common MS Office programs, ATLAS and ERP systems, English language skills
