Senior Manager, Global Platform Program

Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of platform-related projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on software development and platform implementation.

Essential Functions:

Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle for platform-related projects, from initiation to closure.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and product managers.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
Monitor project progress and performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and user expectations.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies, with a focus on Agile principles.
Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (master's degree preferred).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on software development or platform implementation.
Proven track record of successfully delivering platform-related projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Additional Requirements:

Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker) is desirable.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary range - $112,830 to $173,756
