Job Summary:


The Sales Compensation Analyst role is responsible for managing and administering our new Annual Sales Incentive Plan (ASIP) as we drive toward increased revenue and higher profitability.

This includes collaborating with key stakeholders to implement a new sales incentive compensation platform and developing processes and workflows that are closely governed, compliant with OEC, readily auditable, and transparent to our sales teams.

This role is responsible for monitoring awards throughout the year, working directly with the Sales team on training and communication of the ASIP, and managing incentive payouts in conjunction with our Global Total Rewards department.


What you will be doing:

Manage and Administer Annual Sales Incentive Plan (ASIP)_**- Help implement sales incentive compensation plans via tools and processes.

  • Help lead the implementation of a new sales incentive compensation platform; participate in design and user acceptance testing for sales incentive systems integrations and enhancements to automate.
  • Participate in sales incentive compensation plan design.
  • Administer and manage all aspects of the daytoday operations of the sales incentive compensation platform (whether Excel or a 3rd Party tool) including entries, calculations, reporting, accruals, and data hygiene; manage any platform updates.
  • Partner crossfunctionally to ultimately payout sales incentives timely and accurately.
  • Monitor ASIP participant list for new hires/terminations and update associated system(s) accordingly.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement.

_ Sales Incentive Plan Modeling_

  • Use data and analysis to model ASIP payouts.
  • Provide Finance regular updates with respect to ASIP payout projections.

_ Communicate With and Train Sales Team on Plan Design, Tools, and Progress_

  • Train Sales Team, including leadership, on Plan Design.
  • Train Sales Team, including leadership, on any sales incentive compensation tools.
  • Work with Sales Team to ensure target and award adjustments are applied correctly and timely.
  • Provide realtime information to Sales Team, including leadership, on progress in a timely and accurate manner.
The salary range of $81,000 - $136,000 is just one component of Panasonic's total package.

The final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to individual's knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

In addition, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.

What we are looking for:


_Required:

_- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.- 5 years progressive analytic experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, or Finance.- Ability to travel internationally up to 15% of the time.- Strong knowledge of Salesforce required.- Advanced level user of Microsoft Excel required; Expert level preferred.- Experience managing a sales incentive compensation platform (e.g., Xactly, CaptivateIQ) required.- Demonstrated experience training Sales teams on plan design and tools.- Global sales incentive compensation experience preferred.- Experience in product organizations with long sales cycles and complex deals preferred.- Analytical thinker who identifies and solves problems through data.- Highly organized and detail oriented.- Cross-functional relationship builder.- Seasoned communicator, both verbal and written.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Proven ability to successfully work cross-culturally.
