About the Job:

As a Manager of Digital Customer Analytics at Taco Bell, you'll play a key role in enhancing our digital customer experiences. By analyzing data, you'll drive engagement, conversions, and improve the overall customer journey. You'll lead a team, collaborate with various departments, and provide strategic insights to drive impactful results within our digital organization.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team focused on Digital Customer Analytics to maintain data integrity and reliability.
  • Cross-functional partnership: Collaborate with teams to integrate data insights into marketing strategies aligning with business goals.
  • Digital customer Insights and Analytics: Analyze data to identify key trends and support strategic decision-making.
  • Strategic Data Guidance: Develop a roadmap to enhance analytics capabilities in alignment with business objectives.
  • Dashboard Development: Create and maintain digital dashboards to provide real-time insights for optimization efforts.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide timely analyses to address business challenges and opportunities for optimization.

Is This You?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital analytics.
  • Experience with Digital Analytics Platform, SQL, and data management tools.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and collaborate effectively.
  • Proficient in data analysis, insights generation, and data storytelling.
