Job Title:
Warehouse Team Lead
FashionPass is an online clothing rental service for women located in Gardena, CA.

In this position, the Warehouse Team Lead will be responsible for guiding and coaching Warehouse Associates in specific departments. With a lead-by-example mentality, you will hold yourself and your team accountable to achieve daily goals.


What You'll Do:


  • Coordinate with the Operations Managers to lead a team of approximately 30 warehouse associates.
  • Responsible for the efficient operation of their shift, including proper workforce utilization, effective use of standard operating procedures, training and motivating team members and operating in a safe and productive manner.
  • Provides realtime coaching on safety, quality, behavior, or performance standards according to FashionPass policies and values to ensure daily goals are being met.
  • Scan items using FashionPass' unique inventory system.
  • Carefully inspect clothing after it's been washed for stains, holes or smells.
  • Flag any quality control issues before the garment is folded and added back into our inventory.
  • Maintain a stocked, clean and organized work area to ensure efficient operations.
  • Work with crossfunctional partners in other departments to balance backlogs or short staffing coming from the departments.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
  • Previous experience in management or a leadership position
  • Fast and efficient while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and high attention to detail
  • Naturally curious to understand themself and their work better
  • Excellent punctuality, attendance & reliability
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of times (8+ hours)
  • Ability to lift 1020 pounds on occasion
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Must be a team player with an amazing attitude
  • Bilingual in Spanish

Schedule Availability Requirements:


  • Monday
  • Friday 8:00AM 4:30 PM
  • Occasional Weekend Availability

Compensation:


  • Full-Time
- $20 - $22 per hour
