- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve objectives, increase brand awareness, and drive audience engagement.
- Execute daily social media publishing and content ideas on all social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok as well as assisting with content ideation and creation.
- Produce on-trend social videos for teams to utilize on social platforms (current trends, tutorials, fashion hacks, seasonal, collabs, etc.).
- Bring authenticity, wit, humor, relatability, confidence, enthusiasm, joy and a unique perspective to our on-camera presence
- Develop and maintain ownership monthly social calendars and posting times, aligning with larger Brand strategy and Marketing/Sales calendars.
- Conduct daily social listening and community management by actively engaging with followers through comments and messages and collaborate with the customer service team as needed.
- Measure and analyze the impact of social media initiatives using various KPIs (engagements, account growth, impressions) to determine what content is/isnt performing and deliver monthly performance reports.
- Support events, activations, photo shoots, brand initiatives, and other FashionPass campaigns to ensure proper social support of ongoing priorities and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the greater marketing and teams to brainstorm new and innovative social strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience growing a brand's social media presence.
- 3+ years of proven experience in social media management, campaign management, and in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including their features, algorithms, and best practices.
- Demonstrated track record of driving engagement on Instagram and TikTok.
- Knowledgeable in a variety of photo / video editing apps for the creation of social assets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling copy, engaging captions, and responding to comments.
- Proficient in creating engaging content, including text, images, and videos, tailored for specific platforms.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track and measure KPIs.
- Self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment with strong project management skills including managing deadlines, objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and organized and can contribute new ideas thrive in an ever-evolving environment.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our social strategy and enhance our brand presence across various platforms. You will be responsible for the development and execution of social media strategies and end-to-end content development with a focus on Instagram and TikTok. This role is pivotal in shaping FashionPass image and engaging with our members in a meaningful way. This position will report to our Senior Marketing Manager.
