    Role: Program Coordinator

    Location: Washington, DC; Hybrid Remote Work Schedule

    Pay Rate: $23-26/Hour

    Our client is seeking a Program Coordinator to support their fast paced team.

    Job Responsibilities:

    · General administrative support, including answering telephones, tracking orders, navigating the management system and other tasks to help the team run smoothly.

    · Handle any customer service problems or requests.

    · Assist with membership sign-up efforts and information during Company events.

    · Track messages and fulfill requests between membership and volunteer leaders.

    · Prepare and assemble training materials for in-person trainings.

    Requirements:

    · Experience in – 1-3 Years of Administrative or Customer Support

    · Proficient in – Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce or other CRM

    · Soft Skills – Problem Solver, Attention to Detail, Poised, Professional, Strong Communicator

    · Education – Bachelors Degree preferred, but experience can compensate for lack of degree
