    No prior experience necessary We are eager to provide on-the-job training to the right candidate.

    ProVest is on the lookout for individuals who are goal-oriented and dependable to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for tasks such as data entry, maintaining files, record-keeping, and delivering excellent customer service to our clients and process servers.

    This is a full-time position, from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. While previous data entry experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory.

    Responsibilities:

    • Input various data utilizing current technology
    • Organize and prepare documents for data entry
    • Maintain accurate logs for monitoring purposes
    • Validate and input data updates in the systems
    • Identify and address discrepancies in received data
    • Report data-related issues to the supervisor
    • Offer professional support to our process servers and clients through phone and email

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication proficiency
    • Capability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently with a positive demeanor
    • Aptitude to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
